UPDATED: 29th September 2022
Royal Mail have proposed a series of further strikes throughout October and November.
Whilst this will result in delays to orders, our strategy of holding orders for strike days proved effective, with no orders delayed by more than 1 working day.
As such we will continue to use our discretion when posting out orders around strike days, and will update you accordingly, to miminise disruption, and avoid loss or damage to your order.
Whilst this might seem extreme on our part – post held during the strike will not be moved until the backlog is fully cleared, due to the way royal mail is fined for delayed post.
We sincerely apologise for the disruption.

Royal Mail workers have proposed 4 days of strike action, which will effect our delivery times.
Whilst some mail will be moving, letters and large letters ( basically all of you orders ) will not be moving on Strike days.
Because of this, and to prevent your order being held up in the system, the last order we will dispatch will be on Wednesday 24th August so it will be delivered before the strike.
2 of the Strike days fall either side of August Bank Holiday weekend.
Order dispatch will resume on 1st September.
The next 2 days of strike action are due on the 8th & 9th of September.
Our last dispatch will be Tuesday 6th, and then resume after on Monday 12th September.
Whilst this might seem extreme on our part – post held during the strike will not be moved until the backlog is fully cleared, due to the way royal mail is fined for delayed post.
Meaning your order could be stuck for days/weeks.
We sincerely apologise for the disruption.
